More Cool PS Actions 3 (lovely)

This one I'm sure I will use a lot in the future, maybe not pushed as much as I did for this example.. but I like the softness and the color boost.


I realize that my hair is on FIRE, this can be brought back down a little... But for now I'll leave it.
