So I just could not leave the skate photos alone. Looking through all the takes I found a few where I had pointed the flash up to the ceiling. This produced an interesting effect. The background was darker, harder to see, and the skates had an eery glow to them. I wonder if a different white balance setting would have made the whites whitter.
